Now, on to my project!
Another easy project! See, simple is my semi-theme this year. I used the same Faith pack papers that I used yesterday. Here's what you'll need:
4" square of paper, cut into a triangle shape. (accordian fold this from bottom to top)
A2 size card
glue stick
twine.
Ok, so everyone remember making paper fans in grade school? Yup, do the same thing! I have more of these little trees that you'll see later in the hop. :) (great idea came to me when I made this card. Well, I think it is anyway.)
Use the glue stick to glue on the tree, and the bow to the cardstock. If you wish, you could stamp a sentiment on the bottom, but I chose to keep it simple and write my message inside!
Now, on to my question...
What is your most hated thing about this season? Mine is I ALWAYS feel rushed, like I HAVE to get things done or the entire holiday will be ruined and it'll be all my fault and I'll be hated and ostracized Scarlet Letter style! You know the feeling- "Burn her, she's a witch!" shout the villagers kind of thing....
Have a wonderful day, a fabulous holiday and see you tomorrow, lovelies!
My family lives far away so travel is always involved in my holidays...I guess I should say I am the one who lives far away! Lol! Great project! Happy thanksgiving to you and yours!!

Very simplistic but cute!! :-) The thing I hate about the Christmas season is that Christmas seems to sneak up on me each and every year. If only they would make it that Christmas is on the SAME day each year --- I'd be better prepared. :-) Oh wait, it is!!! lol
ReplyDeleteThis is very pretty! Creative idea!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you & your family!

What a fun idea, I think I will put this on my list to do with my boys!
ReplyDeleteI hate having to try to think of something to buy the kids that they will like and need (they are all adults). Everybody gets whatever they want when they want/see something so it's hard to come up with good ideas. Giving money seems so crass.
ReplyDeleteLove the little trees. Simple is good.
thanks for sharing.
Happy Thanksgiving
Cute, creative and simple...perfect ingredients for card making. I hate having to figure out what to buy for everyone! Make a list and don't buy it yourself!
ReplyDeleteGreat Idea for a Christmas Card. There are several things that I don't like about this season. One being the cold weather. Another is worrying that you picked the right gift for the person. Especially for my son. He is the hardest to buy for. I have only bought him one thing so far and he probably won't like It.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!!!! I don't like all the hustle and bustle.
ReplyDeleteCute card :) I'm with you...hate feeling rushed!
ReplyDeleteCute project! Thanks for hopping with me!
ReplyDeleteHeather, where are you? Hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteCute!!!!
ReplyDeleteSuper duper cute.
ReplyDeleteDarling!! Love it!!! loves- Madge
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card!
ReplyDeleteI hate the commercialism of the holiday ~ they push the holidays so early, you really don't get to enjoy them like we did when we were kids.
